We had booked this property in Jsnuary through Travel Mob.for our holiday in July. 2 days before we were due to fly we were told that the booking was cancelled due to a water problem at the property. We were then faced with the stress of finding, booking and paying for alternative accommodation. We found somewhere but had to pay an extra 1000 euros for it. When on holiday we visited Villa Ritrova and to our amazement there was another family staying there. They had also booked in January and confirmed that there was no problem with the property. We had been blatantly lied to. We have had no explanation from the owner or the agent and no offer or compensation. Be careful booking this property.
