An excellent experience - we were met by the owner and looked after by the key holder who lives (very discretely) nearby. The villa is a weekend retreat for the owner and is therefore like a real home rather than simply a holiday let. It's very well appointed and comfortable. Great location for the lake, Stresa, Orta, mountains, walks, some excellent restaurants and Milano, Torino, and Switzerland are within an hour. We loved it!

Our stay was fantastic, the view from the master bedroom and terrace outstanding. This was my first trip to Italy and I would love to return to this area as well as this villa! Be prepared to drive to beach / other areas as the road leading up is quite steep and narrow - in line with the area around this lake.
