Included:
Water, electricity, gas, final cleaning, bed linen and bathroom towels, baby bed, satellite TV, DVD, wireless internet, dishwasher, washing and drying machine, garden, barbecue, lake access, garage parking for one car and open parking for 3 cars
Extra to pay to the owner upon arrival:
- Security deposit (refundable): 500 euro
- Heating (metered): according to consumption
- Tourist tax if applicable

Note:
- Domestic animals allowed only in the garden and garage (not inside the house)
- Lake access: the size of the beach depends a lot on the changing altitude of the water, it is not regularly cleaned up so debris will wash ashore. Swimming in the lake is possible but at your own risk
- The wooden steps going down to the lake can be slippery so extra care is advised especially with children
- The villa is situated next to a road which runs along the entire lake. Please note that this road can become quite busy especially during high season
