Reservation deposit: 50% of the rent. Full payment (50%) one month before the arrival day. Nothing is refundable if the reservation is cancelled. Bond deposit: 5000 Euros on the arrival day which will be refundable one week after departure if there are no problems. No Deposit No Key Visitor taxes are not included (20 euros per night) 530 euros will be asked for the end of stay cleaning.
