This 5-star luxury waterfront villa for 10 people with Jacuzzi, private beach and pontoon is located on the sunniest side of Lake Annecy.
The 5 bedrooms all enjoy untrammelled views of the lake. The house is arranged over 3 slevel storeys and has a selection of furniture by top designers to transport you into a magical world.
A relaxation area with a 5-seater Jacuzzi and exceptional views provide a great place to relax and recuperate with your family and friends.
There is also a private beach and pontoon, and if you own a boat or would like to rent one, you can use our mooring ring.
The villa is totally renovated in 2015.
