Available for holiday rentals. Beautifully renovated chalet with spectacular views. Situated between La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (2km - 3km to each). It is perfectly placed to reach the best of the Aravis mountain range and Lake Annecy only 30 minutes drive. Skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, walking, cycling, swimming, fishing, golfing, parapenting- it is the perfect location to visit all year round.
The chalet has three floors - the top two floors offer 3 double/twin bedrooms, a single bed and 2 new modern bathrooms. A lovely open plan living space with a log fire and stylish kitchen looking out over the balcony and the uninterrupted incredible views. On the lower floor there is a separate self contained modern yet cosy studio that can sleep 2/4 overlooking the terrace and BBQ area. Both parts have access to the separate utility room with ski storage space.

“Beauiful”
We visited Chalet Le Daim for 5 days . There were 6 of us in our party . The Chalet is lovely . Very cosy and decorated to a very high standard. There are bathrooms on every floor and a kitchen in the the main house and the studio which worked brilliantly for us . The kitchens are well equipped with everything . The Chalet has the comfiest beds we have slept in on holiday . You will need a car , but who doesn’t in the Alps! St Jean is a pretty village and La Clusaz, (where we skied) is only a couple of minutes drive away. We had a fantastic stay with snow and would highly recommend this place . Gemma , the owner is great and is on hand for anything you need !

“Superb Chalet with incredible views”
Travelled as two families with teenagers. Accommodation works well as the young adults stayed in the downstairs part. A really well equipped and comfortable chalet (washing machine, TV, Coffee maker, BBQ, games and books) and really comfortable beds. Nice walk, albeit steep, to the nearby village. Great location with lots to do in the surrounding areas (Annecy, Le Grand Bornard, La Clousaz) We would recommend this Chalet. Owner very helpful too.
