Description
This beautiful property can easily accomodate 3 or 4 famlies with children of all ages.
Situated in one of the most beautiful areas of France. Brilliant for large family holidays in the summer or winter. Sit back, relax and take-in all this home has to offer, swim, walk, or just chill & admire the gorgeous mountain views. Take a tour of our property on our site lakeannecyvilla.
The Space
This villa is well-equipped with beautiful furnishings and a wonderful floor plan for many guests, offering great space for entertaining and also for privacy. Please note that bedroom 6 and 8 are connected by a stairway and bedroom 7 has a double bed with a child's cot and changing table. The house is also equipped with an addtional cot, highchair and stair gates. The kitchen is amply stocked and has crockery and cutlery to feed an army! The spacious, vaulted lounge is great for family games and sing songs and there is plenty of terrace furniture for outdoor eating.
In the summertime the pool with slide is a big favorite for the kids as the adults enjoy sunset cocktails on the deck overlooking both the pool and mountains. The views here are sublime! Note the pool is equipped with a safety cover and complies with all safety regulations.
Guest Access
Full access to the house and garden. There is an alarm that is armed when you first arrive and we ask that you arm it each time you leave the house unattended.
Interaction with Guests
You will be greeted upon your arrival by my myself or my local host Christine. There after I will be available by phone or email if there are questions during your stay.
The Neighborhood
Although the home feels remote, one of the best things about its location is being able to walk in to town every morning for fresh croissants and for dinner at night. You can walk to the Lake as well. In the summer you can spend lots of time on Lake Annecy, waterskiing and paddle boating. In the Winter skiing is nearby at La Clusaz. There is so much to do in the area you'll find something for everyone!
Getting Around
You can get to Annecy by plane train or automobile. Once there your can rent a car, hire a taxi or even take the local bus (30 min trip from the center of town at the train station). You can get along without a car, however to fully enjoy the whole area a car is needed.
