Magnifique vue sur les montagnes, plaisir du lac à proximité, la piste cyclable à 800m de la maison longe le lac et permet de rejoindre les plages.

Pièce à vivre avec cuisine équipée avec lave-vaisselle, côté cuisine, une porte vitrée donnant sur une petite terrasse au nord, la cuisine est ouverte sur salon et coin repas, deux baies vitrées donnent chacune sur une terrasse à l'est et sur une terrasse au sud ouest, avec très belle vue sur les montagnes.
