M6-14. Stunning view of Lake Annecy in this charming cottage. Set in a private garden on the lake (approximately 900m2), this property provides several dining areas. The environment is very green and very relaxing. The living room opens onto a lovely terrace overlooking the lake.
Ground Floor:
-Living room opens into the dining area and kitchen. Equipped with two sofas, flat screen TV, and DVD player.
-The dining area can easily accommodate 6 people around a social, round table.
-Kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes / cutlery, utensils / kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, squeegee.
-A wood stove is installed in the kitchen area: conviviality guaranteed!
On the Floor - 3 Rooms:
-A master bedroom with a double bed (160x200), lake and mountain views, and storage.
-A twin with two single beds (90x190cm), lake views, and balcony access.
-Another lake view TWIN bedroom with a 1 single bed 190cmx85cm and a single bed 90x190cm. balcony access.
-The bathroom is spacious with a sink, bath/shower and a washing machine. Hairdryer available.
-Separate WC.

-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our partner Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)
