Recently renovated house built of 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms including one ensuite.
Private garden with all-day sun-exposure & large wooden terrace.
Lounge space with ourdoor sofa, dining area for 8 persons. Weber electric BBQ.
This House is furnished with lots of taste, having been newly renovated last spring 2015 .
Very quiet and green surrounding. Easy access to cycle track (500m), to the beach (900m) and the village center with all services and shops (600m).

Certainly, because of its stellar location, Saint-Jorioz has the biggest population among all villages around the lake. You will find all the necessary shops and services such as supermarkets, banks, restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries, traiteur but also doctors, dentists, and therapists.

“Fantastic property and location”
most enjoyable stay. House was perfect and beautifully appointed. Sophie was hugely helpful and the area was outstanding for a sports keen family with the wonderful lake and fantastic cycling. Could not have been better and would recommend the house and the area heartily.
