Description

Our beautiful chalet is newly built and combines the best of traditional chalet design with amazing double height contemporary glass to the rear to make the most of the stunning views of Mont Blanc and the Aiguilles mountain range. It's a brilliant location, in a sunny and quiet position yet moments from all facilities and with easy access.

The chalet is of a very high quality and extremely comfortable with 6 bedrooms including 3 suites with King size beds (one can be made into two singles), smart flat screen TVs, luxury ensuite and dressing room or ample wardrobes, plus a family suite incorporating a double bedroom plus adjoining room with two single beds ideal for kids. There is also an additional double bunk room kids love sharing!

The chalet features fabulous double height glass windows and sliding doors in the generous living area with fantastic views over the Mont Blanc massif. On the terrace you will find a luxury 6 person jacuzzi spa CALDERA hot tub overlooking the Mont Blanc range with incredible views. Much attention to detail has been paid throughout with high quality fittings and an interior which blends the best of contemporary chalet design whilst respecting the alpine charm of a traditional chalet.

The chalet has been designed with families and large groups in mind. It can easily be divided into two, with a second living room with kitchen on the first floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, plus the main living area with 4 bedrooms on the upper floor. On the ground floor there is a dedicated ski room with boot warmers and plenty of storage space plus a utility/laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also an additional WC with luxury walk in shower.

The chalet also offers free high speed wifi, international smart TVs to all bedrooms, free mid week and end of stay cleaning with fresh linen and towels plus toiletries. We also provide a concierge service to cater to your every need.

It is also possible to book for 6 or 8 people at a reduced price outside peak weeks so please contact us to find out more.

We offer self catering with the added flexibility of being able to provide delivery of fresh baguettes/croissants/pain au chocolats each day, a private chef for one, two or more nights, or delicious readymade meals for a small additional fee to make your stay extra special. If you would like fully catered with breakfast, afternoon tea and a 3 course evening meal 6 days a week, we would also be happy to help.

The location of the chalet is fantastic - with the peace and quiet Chemin de Saint Antoine affords whilst the ski bus stop is only a one minute walk away where you will also find a pizzaria and an Indian restaurant. It is an easy 3 minute walk to super markets, bars and restaurants (including an organic supermarket, a Super U, pharmacy etc.) in the St antoine area, which also has a ski shop. The icerink (or basketball courts with petanque in the summer) and beginner ski slopes ideal for children are a 10 minute walk away or 1 minute in the car. The centre of Les houches with further shops, bars and restaurants including the renowned Le Delice and Chaudanne is also a 15 minute walk away or a minute/s drive. It is recommended to have a car for the Chamonix valley as it has so much to offer and with the Mont Blanc unlimited pass you can ski a different area every day (see below). The chalet offers plentiful off street parking.

Les Houches is ideally located in the middle of the huge Mont Blanc Ski area - which spans all the way from Megeve/St Gervais, through to Les Houches, Chamonix, Courmayeur to Argentiere and Le Tour/Vallorcine. You can literally ski a different area every day!

Prices include all linen and towels, free WIFI/internet, housekeeping 3 x a week, concierge service and welcome to the chalet. As well as offering self catering, we can also offer additional options such as:

Getting around

The ski bus is 1 minute walk (100m) from the chalet and will take you to all the main ski areas: Les Houches in about 5 minutes, Chamonix in 15, Argentiere in 25. It's a good idea to have a car to enjoy all the area has to offer but it is by no means essential. Les Houches station is a kilometre from the chalet and there is also a separate bus line which runs there from the closest bus stop. The station serves St Gervais through to Vallorcine.

Interaction with guest

We are always available for advice etc but are not physically located in Chamonix during your stay. We do however have a local managing agent who can assist in person should this be needed.

How do damage deposits work?
