P6-22. This southwest-facing, renovated cottage offers a panoramic view of the lake and mountains through large windows in the living room and master bedroom. The large garden plunges into the lake with a private dock to enjoy swimming and various water sports. The central location of this property allows you to enjoy easy access to Annecy but also the villages and shopping of Menthon St Bernard and Veyrier du Lac (both located 1.5 km)

About Veyrier Du Lac…
This typical Savoyarden village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy. It’s three gras beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, wake-boarding, etc). A nice walk along the lake will take you to the nearby village of Menthon St Bernard. In Veyrier, all local services are available: supermarket, bakery, butcher, florists, café, restaurant, pharmacy, doctors, etc. Annecy is just a few hundred meters away, easy access by a recent established bike path along the lake. Many activities can be practiced nearby:
In Summer:
-Cycling (bike path accessible from the EAST SHORE now allows you to go around the lake),
-Hiking : Le Mont Veyrier, la Tournette or le Cascade Angon
-Sailing, pedal boating, kayaking, canoeing, stand-up paddle, water skiing (we will gladly put you in touch with our local partner in Talloires: Jean-Louis Fontaine)
-Paragliding: you'll have the opportunity to see the Montmin take off or landing basis of Talloires nearby: Guaranteed daily show!
-The average mountain walks from Montmin (15mins), Mont Veyrier (10mins), the Parmelan or Clusaz (20mins)
-Summer sledging from the resort of La Clusaz
-An adventure park in Talloires (10mins) or Tamie (40mns)
In Winter:
-Cross country skiing, sledding track or from the family resort of Montmin nearby
-The cross country or track is also practiced in La Clusaz and Le Grand Bornand (20mins); Seizures (40mns), 3 Valleys (1 1/4 hour)
-Snowshoeing from the Col de la Forclaz
