Au cœur du vignoble de Jongieux, dans un agréable village viticole à 10 minutes du Lac du Bourget, sur le chemin de St Jacques de Compostelle, une maison de charme totalement rénovée offrant calme et confort à ses occupants avec son jardin clos et arboré. Orientée Sud Ouest sur un coteau bien exposé, la maison de pierre est baignée de soleil.

A l'intérieur, décoré récemment, confort et vieille pierres : au rez de chaussée, une entrée dessert un WC avec lave main, une buanderie avec machine à laver, une cuisine à vivre totalement équipée (25 m²) avec accès à la terrasse ombragée avec salon de jardin, un séjour ouvrant au sud ouest avec terrasse, où vous pourrez profiter des bains de soleil...Au 1°étage, trois chambres spacieuses, une salle de bains complète et équipée (douche baignoire), une salle de douche, dressing, WC. Au dernier, deux chambres et une mezzanine. La maison bien équipée accueille facilement plusieurs couples ou familles, un petit groupe de randonneurs, de pêcheurs, ou de cyclistes ou une famille nombreuse. c'est avec grand plaisir que nous avons séjourné dans cette jolie maison. Tout est pensé pour le confort des vacanciers...La maison est très propre, bien équipée et au calme. De plus, la région est très jolie et il y a beaucoup d’activité à faire à proximité. Bref, que du positif !!! Nous reviendrons c'est sûr!

How do damage deposits work?
