Villa Breil is a historic farm house that belongs to Neyroz family for three generations. The house is surrounded by private gardens, an orchard and a vineyard planted by the family. And 'the ideal accommodation for families and groups of up to 8 people who want to live a holiday of relaxation and privacy surrounded by nature. The house is distributed on two floors. The living area is located on the ground floor and consists of: large living room with a large table and a relaxation area with two sofas, TV and fireplace; fitted kitchen with oven; bathroom with shower; laundry room with washing machine and cellar. The first floor consists of three bedrooms: master bedroom with bed for children 0-3 years; bedroom with a bunk bed; room with a single bed and a half; bathroom with tub and shower. The fourth bedroom is in the attic and has two single beds. ----- Villa Breil is a rural villa owned by Neyroz family for generations. The house is surrounded by a private park, an orchard and a vineyard grown by the family. Breil Villa is the ideal accommodation for families and for groups of up to 8 people That look for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday in contact with nature. The house is on two floors. The ground floor Consists of a spacious living room with a large table and a relaxation area with two couches, TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with oven, a bathroom with shower, a laundry, a stone vaulted ceiling cellar with a selection of local wines, available upon request. The first floor Consists of 3 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, a room with a bunk bed, a bathroom with a shower and a tub. The fourth room is in the attic and has two single beds. A baby bed for children aged 0-3 is available.

Excellent location, wonderful, friendly owners, and a marvelous and spacious house. Thoroughly enjoyed our week in Chatillon and found the house, although a bit short on couches, otherwise very comfortable. The only negative were the neighbouring dogs which were sometimes a bit noisy during the night. Other than that I thoroughly recommend it!

How do damage deposits work?
