Owner notes
An additional damages deposit of €1000 (not included in the total rental price because it is FULLY REFUNDABLE) must be received before the keys to the property can be released, irrespective of the length of your stay.
Annecy's tourist tax has been included in the total cost of your stay, together with utilities, bed and other linen, towels, unlimited internet access and telephone calls within France. A contribution towards the thorough cleaning of the property when you leave of €150 will be specified in your quote. Please note that this calculation is based on the assumption that the property will be left in an acceptable state of cleanliness, if not additional hourly charges of €40 may apply.
